4.2 Payment and Pricing
You agree to pay the full amount for the Product(s) as indicated during the checkout process, which includes the cost of the Product and any applicable shipping charges. All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
4.3 Order Acceptance
Baytnova reserves the right to decline or cancel an order at its discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:
a. The item(s) are out of stock;
b. Payment authorization cannot be obtained;
c. Shipping restrictions apply to the Product;
d. A pricing or product error is found; or
e. Any other reason at Baytnova’s sole discretion.
In such cases, Aria Furniture will inform you that the order has not been accepted, will not process your payment, and will not be liable for any consequences of this decision.

If the payment is refused, Baytnova will cancel your order and contact you to arrange for an alternative payment method. Baytnova is not responsible for delays in dispatch due to issues with payment authorization.

Baytnova also reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders placed using the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 The warranty period for items purchased is one year.
7.2 Baytnova will attempt to repair items with manufacturing defects but may replace or refund if repair isn't feasible.
7.3 Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.
7.4 There are specific warranty exclusions for certain products like personalized items, gift cards, outdoor furniture and any product assembled by non-Baytnova personnel.
7.5 Items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
7.6 Exchanges are allowed only for an item of equal or higher value, with no refunds for price differences.
7.7 Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment for items returned within 30 working days of purchase after deducting restocking fee of 20% of the purchased product value and shipping charges (if any).
7.8 Warranty claims after 3 days result in a credit note rather than a refund.
7.9 Items must be collected or delivered within 21 days of invoicing.
7.10 Warranty claims are not valid for products taken outside of the country United Arab Emirates
7.11 Customers returning items must also return any free or discounted products received as part of a promotional offer.
